KCAL News Meteorologist Alissa Carlson was starting her forecast this morning when she passed out. Our team jumped in to help and comfort her while they waited for medical help to arrive.
Alissa is now recovering and posting on social media.
We have heard from many people who are also concerned about Alissa’s well-being. We also want to thank those of you who reached out with your thoughts and prayers.
Alissa will be back with our Next Weather team at KCAL News as soon as she is well enough to return.
