Big Ten Champs! Iowa gets historic blowout as Clark dominates
Iowa didn’t just win the Big Ten Tournament, they pulled off a historic blowout. The Hawkeyes crushed Ohio State 105-72 on Sunday in Minneapolis to claim the tournament title for the second year in a row. National Player of the Year favorite Caitlin Clark was unstoppable, tallying 30 points, 17 assists and 10 rebounds before checking out with over. 3 minutes to play. The Dowling graduate had the speakers and fans in awe all afternoon. A tournament-record 9,506 fans, mostly cheering for Iowa, saw greatness on display. Iowa set the record for most points and largest margin of victory. Iowa led 26-9 after one quarter and things never got better for an overmatched Ohio State team.
