Fortnite’s neon-drenched MEGA City is full of anime crossovers and grind rails

Fortnite’s next live-service content smorgasbord, Chapter 4 Season 2 (or just MEGA), is out tomorrow, and it’s set in a futuristic version of Tokyo that’s dripping with neon, covered in grinding rails, and packed to the brim with all sorts of no-nonsense lucrative (for Epic Games) anime crossovers. It is possible that we will even see the implementation of a first-person mode.

With Akira tributes and Attack on Titan protagonist Eren prominently featured, it feels like things are going to get extremely animated when the next season of Fortnite kicks off after server maintenance beginning on March 10 at 02:00 ET / 7:00 GMT.
