The Marksman Rifle is a category in the MW2/WZ2 loadout system, but the real deal is that getting two quick kills in a row with them 25 times isn’t that easy.
The best thing you can do to unlock Tempus Torrent in Modern Warfare 2 is to play multiplayer. It is almost impossible to get 25 double kills in one day in Warzone 2 with a marksman rifle.

You also need to get hold of a gun that has a good rate of fire. LM-S may be your best choice here. This marksman rifle can even fire in automatic mode, making it the best choice of all for this challenge.
What you need to do is play the crowded mods, like 10v10 Team Deathmatch or Kill Confirmed. Playing in small cards like the shipment also helps. Now this might sound a little weird, but for this challenge you might be better off setting up camp in a corner!
Stay in one place and try to get as many kills in a row as you. With this method, you should complete the challenge in a few matches to unlock the Tempus Torrent in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. But remember, if you have a friend who has unlocked this weapon, he can drop it in the DMZ for you and after exfil, you can have it in your loadout.
